Terms of Service - SHOWBOLD

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SHOWBOLD ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SHOWBOLD is an AI-powered marketing platform that provides content creation, social media scheduling, analytics, and marketing automation tools. The Service includes AI-generated content, image creation, video generation, voiceover capabilities, and social media management.

3. Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
You may cancel at any time; access continues until end of billing period
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
Usage limits apply per plan tier (posts, AI credits, video credits, etc.)

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for illegal activities or to distribute harmful content
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse AI generation features
Share account credentials or resell access without authorization
Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
Violate any applicable social media platform's terms of service

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create using SHOWBOLD. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service. AI-generated content is licensed to you for commercial use.

7. Intellectual Property

The SHOWBOLD platform, branding, and technology are owned by SHOWBOLD. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

SHOWBOLD is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees as specified in individual agreements.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
